Turnover is the value of sales made. You then have to take off expenses of course, to get to profit.
Neither of the Bot accounts include a figure for turnover because they have file micro-entity accounts.
Basically there is a rule that if your numbers are so small, then you only have to file very basic accounts with very basic numbers.
You are able to file micro-accounts if
- your annual turnover (sales) are £632k or less, AND
- your company's total net worth is £316k or less.
So we know that these facts are all true for the BOTS' accounts
Jayne Leach - doesn't look to have a UK company therefore can't be making much money at all. Anyone earning over £70k ish I would say are better off operating through a limited company. She must be a sole trader which in my mind tells me that she is a basic rate tax payer.
