Anyone know where I can get hold of a copy of a judge's summing up in a crown court? (it's the MS case in carlisle I;m after) also can anyone clarify for me the judge's role in a jury trial? he does a summing up and gives guidance to the jury as to what they need to consider yes? and then he gives a sentencing? many thanks for any info
