Still continuing the discussion of the various network marketing schemes or multi-level marketing schemes (MLMs) that people we know are involved in.

If you have an MLM bot of your own then join us and share their claims and content.

Or if you are researching a company before signing up to be a network marketer please take a look at the previous threads here and here and also this thread which delves deeper into the workings of MLMs.

And don't forget our very own MN MLM Timeless Vie!

OMG didnt realise they were so blatant with their faking it.

sminkypink · 30/12/2015 00:29

'Love the alps, where are you?'
Hurry up, bot, Google it!

I'm crying, here....l

LittleMissStubborn · 30/12/2015 07:27

So my stock photo usage but not be too wide off the mark. I wonder if this is something they are told to do.
I know that Tineye struggles if the photo has been slightly altered, is google images the same? Do the more tech savvy ones know how to do things to make them unsearchable?

darceybussell · 30/12/2015 08:20

To be honest all I did to find that was search for 'Courchevel view' and it came up near the top!

stopfaffing · 30/12/2015 08:35

I am trying to remember where I read, maybe on one of the other fl threads, a poster talking about her fl experience where she was told by her upline to post things on facebook like that stock photo above and state she was enjoying xxx holiday paid for through working for fl.

No, I think it might have been a netnuns thread. She was deeply unhappy because it would be obvious to her family and friends on fb that she wasn't in any holiday so how could lie and post that she was?

Lets see if we can continue to compile screenshots of these lies and deception. The more evidence we can build up, the better.

Siwi · 30/12/2015 08:51

Stop.
Yes, didn't one ask how she manages the school run whilst allegedly on the 'holiday'?
That was quite recent.

Another, a while back was told to photograph her own feet in sand.

AJFsmummy · 30/12/2015 09:04

Oh if this all when onto to investigation for a TV show it would make incredible viewing. I'd make a night of it.....popcorn, wine....

rayofhope · 30/12/2015 09:06

darceybussell why don't you put a link to the pic on her page? Is she not one of the more successful fl people? So I just don't understand why they would lie about being on holiday when they're not.

Maybe this is why Forever didn't work for me, I wasn't will to lie and deceive people [hmmm]

Siwi · 30/12/2015 09:13

Btw, could we have some photos from our highly successful and inspiring 'success day' (what are we calling it?) last Friday?
:)

LittleMissStubborn · 30/12/2015 09:25

So not a particularly 'clever' one then? At last yellow field girl didn't just pick the first photo from google images. Grin

It is baffling though that they post hundreds of selfies and group shots from meetings and training days but when talking about what they are able to do with their time/money it is just views, or feet or non descript profiles. I could take a photo of my feet in the sand pit and pretend anything

sminkypink · 30/12/2015 09:51

Agreed, what a dumbass.
She even tagged her relatives in that shot. So you rope your own mother into your lies then? Nice!

foragogo · 30/12/2015 10:04

Yes why isn't Ben Goldacre involved? I have long thought, why doesnt someone actually debunk all this crap about a plant that has, at best, a mild soothing effect on the skin, curing cancer, MS, asthma and all the other totally unproven benefits that they pluck out of thin air. And while they're at it, they can tell me why the overpriced aloe products they sell are any different from the gel I can buy in Boots for half the price.

LittleMissStubborn · 30/12/2015 10:17

At least two people have called her out about it. I imagine they will soon be deleted.

AJFsmummy · 30/12/2015 10:17

I dont believe any off their business claims, money making etc....blood, sweat and tears goes into the process...especially in the first couple of years before you become profitable. No bragging, no days spending frivolous amouts of money on bullshit coffee meets...

AJFsmummy · 30/12/2015 10:23

God, awful grammar there! I meant the reality of being a real, start-up proper business!! Xxx

foragogo · 30/12/2015 10:28

I never understand how they can claim to be business owners yet a massive corporation gives them salary cheques and random bonuses, supposedly. I am self employed with a limited company and nobody gives me cheques unless I invoice them! How is is structured? Do they have limited companies? If so why do they have to put up with being told how much they have to sell and how many people they need to recruit? Doesnt sound like being a business owner to me.

sminkypink · 30/12/2015 10:52

Seems like shes been caught up in this cult for six years and is still posting up lies. Tells you all you need to know about it.

AJFsmummy · 30/12/2015 11:15

Being a real business owner isn't a cushy world filled with absolute lies.

I've just set my business up this year and believe me I'm far from bragging about it, if it takes Off??! I still wont brag!!

The amount of hours you have to put in and not get back is ridiculous. Its hard work. To the point where you think why am I doing this?! What ifs etc etc....

I have a (not immediate)family member deep into this FL cult and my other family members thinks shes the dogs bullocks and shes so successful with this cult. Im the "she'll probably fail black sheep".

Ugh it riles me! Pics of the family bot and her DP with their cheesy fucking grins on pictures with everything to do with FL!!! Pictures of anything from brushing their teeth with aloe, dog drinking aloe, business meetings drinking aloe, a picture of them in the garden and in the kitchen window an FL bag with the fucking pigeon logo whatever it is?!?? life is just FL and global life coaching. Just a constant bragging lifestyle of their life. "aloe-ver" my Facebook! I've unfollowed her but other people through connections like her stuff and it still comes up!!

My business is an ltd company and we had a family do...we were catching up and she was asking me about mine and i said its pros n cons...and when i said certain stuff she was like "omg thats just like my business" fuck off! I felt like throwing (but i didn't want to waste my nice glass of rioja) my drink at her and saying "but i dont fucking scam people!!"

I'm not bitter or jealous but I grew up with this girl since we were very young and I don't know her any more. A lovely down to earth girl who has gone incredibly fake, a liar and a merchant of deception.

mamaneedsamojito · 30/12/2015 11:56

Can someone post a link to the bot using stock photos?

BlueThursday · 30/12/2015 12:37

I seem to be lucky in that I've had only a couple of Younique and Avon types on my Facebook.

To me though all this unexplainable apparent wealth, "paid for" cars, the layers, accepting large chequers, it all just screams money laundering

sminkypink · 30/12/2015 12:56

Found a new business title, 'positive psychologist and internet success coach.' She's a chum of 'Skibot' and young and attractive.

She's also very, cosmic energy woo. FL but with more wafting about and chakras. Grin

'Internet success coach' means that she will teach you how to post more bullshit on social media, right?

Whilst it appears she is doing nothing wrong with calling herself a 'positive psychologist' she is skating on very thin ice. It seems only things like Education/Clinical are protected titles, but it could be argued that she is deceiving people using that title.

She could find herself being reported to the HCPC but I think she would probably get away with it just but it still seems very wrong.

LittleMissStubborn · 30/12/2015 13:50

Sorry I forgot the etc after educational and clinical.

Just wanted to make that clearer.
