Still continuing the discussion of the various network marketing schemes or multi-level marketing schemes (MLMs) that people we know are involved in.

If you have an MLM bot of your own then join us and share their claims and content.

Or if you are researching a company before signing up to be a network marketer please take a look at the previous threads here and here and also this thread which delves deeper into the workings of MLMs.

And don't forget our very own MN MLM Timeless Vie!

In response to your video Eyespying I found the son even creepier in his mannerisms, very cultish vibes he gives off. My bots have already booked their London success day tickets even though they went to the last two in October and December. It's just continuous expense but they think it's a fun day out with their forever friends.

It will be interesting to see what happens when they aren't making any progress and their manager gives up on them in search of better recruits. They will quickly learn who their friends are.

I'm looking forward to hearing the experience of the whistleblower you have spoken to Eyespying. It will be interesting to get a males perspective on the industry, what led him to join as most target young mums with children.

Curiousrugbymum

There have been, and still are, many 'MLM travel business income opportunity' cultic rackets.

This video link will show you a psychopathic Canadian-based 'MLM' racketeteer, Alan Kippax, peddling victims their very own 'Online travel agencies' behind a front-company called 'BIM (Business In Motion)'

Kippax had previously faced civil prosecution in Britain for running essentially the same racket called 'TTI (Treasure Traders International).' The explanation of the 'TTI business plan' (as contained in a UK High Court winding-up judgement) reads like the script from a Monty Python sketch.

The UK authorities meekly allowed Kippax to go back to Canada and instigate 'BIM' with money he'd stolen from UK citizens.

Even if the willable thing wasn't a load of crap, and you actually made any money, why would you want to leave your entire income to your kids? Wouldn't you want them to not be spoilt brats and make their own way?

GreenGoblin0 · 09/01/2016 09:39

argh this one made me angry this morning #causeitsbullshit

darceybussell All the 'MLM' rackets which have recently been bankrupted and closed-down in USA ('Vemma', 'Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing,' etc.) also promised their 'successful' adherents 'a residual income which could be passed on to their children and to their children's children, etc.'

Curiously, a significant percentage of Bernie Madoff's approximately 8000 victims were relatively-wealthy, retired professionals from the Jewish community, who believed that they were multiplying their savings so that capital could be passed to their children, grandchildren, etc. However, some of Madoff's elderly victims found themselves bankrupt and desititute, and dependent on their kids.

fastdaytears · 09/01/2016 09:46

Oh their website's down and the Law Society don't list them.

lazycoo · 09/01/2016 09:50

Wonder if that pesky SRA has shut them down? Always spoiling the party... Grin

xenu1 · 09/01/2016 09:51

fdt yes, I'm sure its just another way of separating dupes and their money. Tho having a pet solicitor is a new one to me (I knew of the recommended O'Connor-life-coaches, mlm-tools, planners, success days, etc.). "Never give a sucker an even break" is the FL-mantra.
Obviously its all nonsense, but I was intruiged as to the actual implication: to be paid you have to be active which is at least 1CC per month? (~£170). Does this bind your estate/beneficiaries to £170 per month to FL in perpetuity? A bit like the timeshare where annual maintenance fees are charged to an estate!

fastdaytears · 09/01/2016 09:53

Well they should have for sure. How can you sit there and have the client sign something that they think means that their families will get all this income "literally forever" when that's nonsense?

fastdaytears · 09/01/2016 09:54

xenu it's hard to think how it would work isn't it? I'd love to see one of these "Wills"

stopfaffing · 09/01/2016 10:09

Thanks for posting that penny1ane, having read the link posted upthread of the terms and conditions attached to this will thing, I am totally shocked that this lie has been permitted to be posted, and wondered about the solicitor who would allow it.

However, having read fastdaytears research about the background of this company being entwined with fl, all becomes clear Angry. What a bunch of bastards!

We have to get this into our TV page asap!

Eyespying · 09/01/2016 10:18

Fastdaytears and xenu1 - Again, it would be very easy for regulators to establish that this is just another absurd chapter of the 'MLM' fairy story, but why (when the withholding of key-information from people in order to take their money, is defined as fraud) has the truth always been hidden from the public and from regulators?

Here are just a few of the common-sense questions which regulators might one day get round to finding answers to in 'FLP's' accounts:

How many decendants of deceased 'FLP' adherents have received any 'residual payments?'

If decendants of deceased 'FLP' adherents have received 'residual payments,' how many persons have continued to receive them for more than one year, two years, three years, etc. ?

How many decendents of deceased 'FLP' adherents are currently receiving 'residual payments?'

Given that recipients of these 'residual payments' have all been obliged to fulfill certain regular financial obligations in order to continue to receive them, would these 'residual payments' (if they actually do exist) have represented a net-benefit?

fastdaytears · 09/01/2016 10:28

I am sure I'm not the only person on this thread who knows about Wills and stuff (far from it I'm sure!) but if anyone reading this got suckered into paying for one of these documents and can PM me a suitably anonymised version then I'd be happy to do an analysis of the inevitable bollocks that it is.

Toobusytowee · 09/01/2016 10:38

Just had a look at that bot's post on FB. Someone said they were told of this company at a success day. Looks like someone has warned her now on her page.

Eyespying · 09/01/2016 10:47

fastdaytears - I will be speaking with an 'FLP' whistleblower from the UK next week, I'll ask if he ever paid to make one of these 'Wills.'

I've seen an I.interesting.example of the difference between how men and women deal with a friend getting into one of these scam companies.

A male friend of mine got into juice plus. His page was full of posts about it and he began tagging people and posting on other male friends pages about it. They were so blunt and would tell him to untag them from the posts, told him out right it was a load of shite and were brutally honest.

With female friends others seem to tip toe, humour and are scared of offending. Why is tbat?

Or do up just have brutal male friends?

Whats the 'chicken list' that they are going on about on the bot, 'Ange Loughran's' page?

Eyespying · 09/01/2016 11:27

sminkypink

They are people who Bots are too scared to approach.

sminkypink · 09/01/2016 11:32

And another question, she is bragging about a six figure income, but yet again, I go on Endole to check her company reports and the company is less than one year old and nothing has been filed. She's been in the scam longer than one year, yes?

sminkypink · 09/01/2016 11:33

Aah thanks Eye!
