I have been with them for 6+ years, remortgaged once, they have always been fine.
I'm moving so porting my mortgage, it has been and continues to be an unmitigated disaster. I have never met with such incompetence in any transaction.
I thought I should warn you all, they do have good products on the face of it but the delays and absolute incompetence are just too stressful! Pick someone else (not the Coventry as they are the same company using the same hugely understaffed team)
