Continuing the discussion of the various network marketing schemes or multi-level marketing schemes (MLMs) that people we know are involved in.

If you have a bot of your own then join us and share what they are saying!

Or if you are researching a company before signing up to be a network marketer please take a look at the previous bot watch thread and also this thread which delves deeper into the workings of MLMs.

And don't forget our very own MN MLM Timeless Vie!

I've been browsing the TV website and clicked on one of the links on the left hand site of the page. It's fab! www.falseprofits.com/MLM%20Lies.html

There is another site not listed which might be a good one to add...
pyramidschemealert.org/

I have posted a couple of things on two nethun threads. Lets see if there is a response... Wink

Christmaspanties · 13/12/2015 10:09

I place money on Charlotte not returning to the Nethuns thread.

Siwi · 13/12/2015 10:32

PLEASE link to net mums thread.

The drop shipping seems an 'interesting' one. I was looking on eBay for something and some of the feedback said that it was delivered by Amazon. I thought it was someone taking the pis . I didn't realise it was a thing. I took my custom elsewhere because a) he was taking the piss and b) I don't use Amazon. As an eBay buyer if that happened to me I would drop stars all the way and leave negative feedback.

Risky business imo.

LittleMissStubborn · 13/12/2015 12:00

Those threads are like a massive recruitment fair. Hmm

sminkypink · 13/12/2015 16:46

This on a 'global business coaches' page Do we detect tensions, here? Shrodingers mlm bot again, simultaneously being there for her kids and making a fortune whilst permanently being away, pissing money up the wall on training and aloe shite. Poor lamb is only a manager as well, so once shes paid her petrol, coffees, training, website subscription and bought her aloe ( and shoved it in the garage) does she have a six figure salary? Hmmmm.

That sent a shiver down my spine.

What I really hate about it is that it is all about the pursuit of money and stuff, and that is more important than family and friends.

I fail to understand how someone can write that without thinking they need to give their head a little shake.

sminkypink · 13/12/2015 17:13

My main bot has come back from cactus drinkers day and announced she will take several people to five figure residual incomes in 2016. I screamed, 'oh yeah?' At the computer.
A good blog for the tv blog would be an analysis of Emma Coopers business plan which she lectures on where she reckons every mlm bot out there should have five in their downline and then thry should recruit five. And so on. I want to know at what point in the pyramid do we run out of people on the planet to flog this stuff and at what point would the economy collapse because no one was doing anything else but recruit cactus drinkers? It needs pulling apart for its sheer ridiculousness.

lastuseraccount123 · 13/12/2015 17:38

sminky, would you like to write the post?

sminkypink · 13/12/2015 18:35

I will have a go...

xenu1 · 13/12/2015 19:26

Great post sminky, thx. Its like watching a slow-motion car crash. Will your bot wake up and realise what is happening to her? I truly hope so. But cognitive dissonance is strong with cults...

sminkypink · 13/12/2015 19:48

she watches law of attraction videos in bed before she gets up because apparently the first things you think in a day has to be positive as it sets the tone for the whole day.

SocksRock · 13/12/2015 20:00

I woke up this morning in bed with my husband - our toddler had wormed her way in between us during the night and then wet the - our - bed. I wonder what that does to your day!

LittleMissStubborn · 13/12/2015 20:31

Usually the first thing I think is 'It can't only be 4am' (I sleep really badly)

It does set the tone for the day as I am half asleep by mid morning.Wink

Myusername2015 · 13/12/2015 20:58

My fab friends are reporting after their super duper success day and party-65 quid a ticket that linford Christie has joined the team!

sminkypink · 13/12/2015 21:10

Oh gosh I've seen that too. ''Linford, Oi! No!'' £65 a ticket times 5,500 (were there that many there?) equals £357,500 in ticket sales for that event.
Wonder how much it costs to hire that bit of NEC?

LittleMissStubborn · 13/12/2015 21:12

£65 a ticket. Wow.

And the cyclic money continues.

Myusername2015 · 13/12/2015 21:13

Yeah they were sold out; people had to pay for admission then pay for the after party plus all my fb bots had pictures of all the mindset books they'd been buying. Forever must be taking it in! Plus I saw one girl comment she couldn't afford to go so close to Christmas-replies such as "you'll never be successful if you're not willing to make sacrifices now" aaah!!!

LittleMissStubborn · 13/12/2015 21:21

The largest conference suite holds 720 and costs £7325.

Even at 720 would still net a healthy 40k.

LittleMissStubborn · 13/12/2015 21:25

450 capacity for a cabaret. Hand pick a few off, charge more for that and watch the money roll in.

sminkypink · 13/12/2015 21:40

So the after party was £65, was the conference, sorry I mean cough success day more than that?
I wonder how much money they spent? all the selfies with coffees before they went in. YOU EVEN HAD TO PAY FOR COFFEE? I'm so tight, I was so offended by that, lol.

Tupperwarelid · 13/12/2015 21:51

I think the Linford Christie appearance was at the Natalie Heely team party after the #successday. There were 800 people at that apparently at a nearby hotel. Is that what they paid £65 for?
