Continuing the discussion of the various network marketing schemes or multi-level marketing schemes (MLMs) that people we know are involved in.

If you have a bot of your own then join us and share what they are saying!

Or if you are researching a company before signing up to be a network marketer please take a look at the previous bot watch thread and also this thread which delves deeper into the workings of MLMs.

And don't forget our very own MN MLM Timeless Vie!

Thanks haha!

Yeah I also thought it's misleading there are other pictures which I have seen but couldn't find in the mountain of pictures when searching, saying about Cancer and one with tons of prescription medication bottles and a Juice plus bottle type thing asking which you would prefer to take!

sminkypink · 20/11/2015 17:44

its a devious way to get around advertising standards, isn't it? Sucker people in who don't know any better, wave cheques in front of them and get them to unwittingly break the law for you. And we know how devious these schemes are.
I wonder how many of us have been messaged in private and told things that are actually unlawful claims to make? I joined this thread after being told that FlavonMax could help with my arthriitis. From what I've researched myself, coloured powdered drinks can not help cure arthritis. A powdered drink that costs as much as my weekly shop. Makes me so angry, I'm not gullible but so many people are.

Run247 · 20/11/2015 17:48

Haha good luck Shirley! Don't come back as a bot.

I'm emailing a bot with inane questions about their aloe, just lots of annoying questions about how white my teeth are and whether they will end up green..

cakeisntforsharing · 20/11/2015 18:19

Been off this thread for a few days but I'm so impressed by the bot watching! Anyway this just in from a fl bot...

OMG huns!!! I'm gonna get some of those forever calorie blockers!!BiscuitBiscuit

givemecheese · 20/11/2015 18:35

I have been putting messages on my bots page about her before and after pictures. I have asked if they are a result of the boosters alone or if there has been a change to diet aswell......lots of "I'll message you hun". I don't know why the secrecy :)

acatcalledjohn · 20/11/2015 18:36

My bot's got an event this weekend, with profits going to charity. 9 people have said they are going, another 7 have shown interest, and the remaining 60 odd have not responded.

No prizes for guessing which group I'm in. To be fair, I was shocked I even got an invite as it was post disagreement.

cakeisntforsharing · 20/11/2015 18:53

acat I had a bot invite my to a party the other day, 5 people have said they were going. Her mum, dad, partner and siblings.

fastdaytears · 20/11/2015 19:14

Does anyone know if those calorie blockers work on wine? Need to find me a bot now.

LittleMissStubborn · 20/11/2015 19:20

How do they stop calories being 'absorbed'? And surely calories are actually good, as in we die without them.

fastdaytears · 20/11/2015 19:31

LittleMiss are you suggesting that FL are misrepresenting facts? I won't have that...Grin

CheekySmile · 20/11/2015 19:31

cake Pha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! OMG, calorie blockers!! WFT!!

With regards to the misleading claims, was it last who reported her bot to FL head office for this? Did anything further happen?

cheeky nope. further proof is all total bollocks.

CandyCaneCottage · 20/11/2015 19:39

Lol I must have got it wrong, I thought you needed calories for fuel but burn more off or fewer calories. I've been going half assed and should be making sure in fact my body consumes 0 calories!

CheekySmile · 20/11/2015 19:39

So wow yes, FL claim that Forever Lean tablets can help you succeed in your quest to reach your ideal weight by helping to block the absorption of some of the fat and carb calories you ingest, but also to maximize the effectiveness of this supplement, however, it is important to remember that you should also incorporate a healthy diet and regular exercise into your overall weight control regimen in order to achieve and maintain your weight goal.

So eat healthily and exercise and you'll lose weight. Then pay over the nose for our diet pills and we'll claim that's what's done it.

Forever Lean info here

Diet Spotlight review seems to have an alternative view though.

Seen posts about families that can't afford food, with all the promise of nibbles and parties, they just need a good rotation of bots and if they are as honest as they say they are, then those families should eat like royalty

ihearttea · 20/11/2015 20:12

Wow... my bot must be raking it in- except she really isn't. She still hasn't managed to sack the boss!! Don't think she saw any of this 10 MILLION pound (also said in a Dr evil style!)

cakeisntforsharing · 20/11/2015 20:30

littlemiss You don't need calories just aloe and bee pollen!

CandyCaneCottage · 20/11/2015 20:30

Tea, let's just say there were 1000 people peddling the gear (a low estimate probably) that's less than 11000 a year which is lower than NMW

LittleMissStubborn · 20/11/2015 20:42

That's where I'm going wrong then. Grin

bettyberry · 20/11/2015 22:44

A bot actively targeting low incomes comments were suggesting the grant can be used to buy the start up box and training days. So much rage because that's govt money going into a sink hole :(

Yes this is forever living. Not mentioned on her actual page but her website is the FL sales page under her name.

Wow Berry,
They have found a way for the government to finance this non-starter!
That IS clever.
