Can anyone help please?
We employed someone to design our garden. We paid a deposit and they started. Anyway to cut a long story short we have not been happy with what is proposed. The designer hasn't listened to us and we are not going to go with their ideas (because they are totally the opposite of what we wanted).
We decided to pay them half of their invoice as we felt they really hadn't completed the work to our satisfaction however I've now been threatened with the above (by the designer).
What are my rights to dispute this?
