On 1st nOvember I bought a pair of portable hair straighteners that arrived over two weeks later. When I opened the box it was practically empty- no battery charger, instructions etc so I can't use them. I phoned them and left a message and emailed too and got a reply on 16th November to say they would send the missing parts out asap. Last Monday (11 days later!)I hadn't received anythign so I emailed again and they replied saying they'd chase it up with Royal Mail as it had been sent the same day. I still haven't received a reply or the missing items and am mightily cheesed off- any advice on what I could/ should say to try to get the full item? I emailed again this morning but am not holding out much hope

Have a look here . If you paid by credit card you may have redress via them.

Redress via your credit (not debit) card only kicks in if an items costs over £100 I'm afraid.

Thanks for your replies. They have just emailed me to say they couldn' find a replacement part but have now managed it (!) and it shoudl be with me by Wednesday. Fingers crossed!

P.S My hair really is that bad I have to carry them with me! I hate swimming cos it goes yucky afterwards but this way I can calm it down without having to go home! I'm not really vain, honest
