Hi, just out of interest does any one know if you can claim PPI from a small independent bank? I had a joint account in this kind of bank with exh for years. We paid a massive amount of charges during our time together.

Bank charges are not the same as PPI. Since the Banks won the court case over the bank charges, it is now extremely difficult to claim them back unless you can prove that you are in financial hardship.
