CSA : Appeal Tribunal

Does anybody have experience of the CSA Appeal Tribunal - I have been fighting my case for over 2 years and have finally got the thumbs up that my case will be heard by a tribunal - is this good or do they just reitterate what the CSA have already decided??

he has done this before (when I was with him) he is taking it to extremes this time tho and I will not stand down. I have company accounts, land reg reports etc etc

i dont know really we are in the other position we pay the csa and the mum is constantly getting us reviewed for no apparent reason, stiringup lots of shit but we have found the csa to be very helpful so far
