Joint loan but divorced

I still have a joint loan with exH that I have been repaying for last two years as he refused to contribute. I now cannot afford to repay the loan on my own - what recourse to I have? So fed up

Was this not sorted out as part of the divorce settlement, I guess not?

In reality you are both jointly liable for the whole loan but if your ex is refusing to pay then there is not a lot you can do. If you stop paying, you will trash both your credit files and it will probably be passed to debt collectors.
