Halifax- any good

Thinking of switching to a halifax account, are they any good?

We have a few accounts with the Halifax, currently have the reward account. I don't think it is good if you go into your overdraft though (very high charges) but that isn't an issue for us.

I am not so impressed with the service we received for the children, so we have them elsewhere.

Interesting. I have my credit card with them. Would be easier managing money but I have been with my current bank as long as I remember.

Big draw is the travel insurance. I think I need a good long chat with both
