Has anyone had to take a complaint to them.
I have an on going compaint with my bank that they still haven't given me any responce too after eight weeks. The lady on the phone at the bank said I could go to the Financial Ombudsman Service but after looking at their website it says complaints take up to nine months to resolve.
I've already had no money for three months and wonder if I'd be quicker just taking them to court as the issue is about bank charges they said they would refund then changing there mind when I asked for them back.
