I wanted to know , i have a job interview if i get the job will I have to pay CSA on top of my husband paying? my husband pays sixty pounds week if i work will I have to pay as well? I understand if he wasnt working i would have to pay, but he is working and he does pay csa every single week

Is it your partners kids? If so only he pays csa whilst in work, your income isn't taken into consideration. Nor do you need to pay his maintenance if he isn't working.

No, you won't. You wouldn't 'have' to pay if he wasn't working either afaik.
