I rang today to contact tax credits. I am receiving JSA over the school holidays as I do supply teaching and do not get holiday pay. I was ringing to let them know my change of circumstances. After gettinng through I was told I would need to ring concentrix as they are dealing with my claim.
I have read threads on stressful scenarios people have had with them. Is there a safe and effective alternative to ringing them? I have 03456003130. Is there an alternative number where the waiting time is not ridiculous? Does anybody have any advice?
