Help I'm wondering if someone can advise on this at all. Today I have been sent a letter saying we have over £600 outstanding balance. We have a pre-payment meter which currently says we are on credit by £30. The letter also states that we have broken out credit agreement due to not topping up our balance for more than 5 weeks. I'm wondering if we have been peanalised on some way. I'm also sruggling to realise how we owe over £600 when we have always been in credit on the meter since we moved in. The phone lines are only open until 5pm so I am going to be worrying until I am able to contact someone about this.
