Anyone have a copy of Hays Accountancy contract?

I signed one a couple of months ago and have blooming well lost it!
I have decided to go freelance and am going to offer my current placement my services one or two days a week. But I don't know where I stand with the temp agency.

i am a Hays temp and have a copy of the contract i signed if that would help

Oh yes please EllieK - could you scan through it and see if it mentions anything about the temp not working for a company that Hays had placed you with.

Basically - I am working 16 hours a week for a company they placed me with. The agreement between them was a placement fee for a permanent contract of employment. I don't want to be an employee - I want to freelance. Hays still want the full placement fee - which is fairly steep - but I don't know who am I entitiled to work for if I hand my notice into Hays.
