hi anyone have any idea how long they are actually taking to sort payments this year.. pervious years have been 2 weeks.... seen lots of posts that they are taking a lot longer this year?!

Yea that's what they said... last few years it's only taken 2 weeks.. just wondered if anyone was having that success

I renewed mid June still not recieved anything? In previous yrs has only been couple of weeks?

I've not had an award either despite sending it back at the beginning of June!

I sent mine in at the beginning of June (got proof of posting) and still haven't had anything back. Eight weeks so far.

Last year, the same thing happened and I got so anxious that they hadn't received it before the deadline, that I went online and re-submitted it. That made things worse - my whole claim was closed down. Apparently their computer system can't cope with getting the same information twice. Hmm

Renewal took over 10 weeks for me.

I renewed my tax credits in June by form. Just checked my bank account and I have a new payment and it's much more than I have been getting. Am worried I have been over paid now as I didn't get any for about 5 years!

I got my award letter last week. So probably about 9 weeks?
