Hi, so on around the 3rd of June we received a letter from concentrix asking for my husbands wage slips etc from last tax yr (14-15) we sent these off on the 19th of June and they still haven't scan on to the system. But my worry is hubby earned 5k less than estimated, he was paid ssp for 6 months or so. Has anyone had similar and had a reply yet? In theory they owe us money don't they?
