Which firm in manchester has the best Employment law team

Can anyone advise who they believe may have the best legal team for issues relating to employment law need confidential advice. Am a regular who has changed name.

I'm a solicitor at a Manchester firm who do employment advice but we tend to represent companies rather than individuals (unless high profile enough). If you can give me a few more details saying what it is about I can probably think of a firm or two who might deal with those type of issues.
