Mine recently introduced a pension and it is 4%

I have no idea if this is good or bad.

Hoping to get some benchmarking going and hear your feedback.

Them 13%

I'm public sector.

Quasicrystals1456 · 02/07/2015 23:19

My contribution is 9.3% (NHS). Not actually sure what they match though....

Chasingsquirrels · 02/07/2015 23:20

Match up to 4%. Private sector.

Blu · 02/07/2015 23:21

A big fat 0%
Until later this year - then the bare minimum allowable.

DoTheDuckFace · 02/07/2015 23:27

They match whatever we put in up to about 8% I think. Ours increases automatically with age of you opt in to that scheme and I have gone from 4% to 5% recently.

LastOneDancing · 02/07/2015 23:30

Match up to 5%

Big national company.

Daffodil1210 · 02/07/2015 23:30

3%, private sector

TensionWheelsCoolHeels · 02/07/2015 23:30

Used to have a sliding scale, increasing every 5 yrs & I was on 14% - then another bloody change of company owner & it's now down to 9%. I top that up to 12/%.

balletgirlmum · 02/07/2015 23:32

3%

MrsSkywalker205 · 02/07/2015 23:32

I don't have one but husbands is dependent on his own contribution. Currently he pays 1%, they pay 3. If he was to double, their contribution would too. Beyond that I can't remember, I think there's a maximum of around 15%.

MsRinky · 03/07/2015 19:22

Me (Uni): 12.5%. MrRinky (private sector) matched up to 7.5%.

Hero1callylost · 03/07/2015 20:24

My employer claims to have a trailblazing scheme because we're in the pensions market and want to show how it's done! (This is how they launched it when auto-enrolment became a thing so obviously they want other employers to follow suit to make them money!)

Minimum member contribution is 2%.

If you pay in 2% to 3.5% they will contribute 8%.
4% to 4.5% they will contribute 10%.
6% to 7.5% they will contribute 12%
8% they will contribute 14%.

PepperPotts · 03/07/2015 20:27

Mine (retail) 1% if I contribute
DH (financial services) 12% and he doesn't need to contribute

Trapper · 03/07/2015 20:34

Matching up to 4%. I pay in 8.

nulgirl · 03/07/2015 20:36

Going to do a braggy post. Work for a high street name bank but not for the retail part of it.

I pay 6% and they pay 20%.

Think it's pretty much the best deal you can get short of final salary.

gaslamp · 03/07/2015 21:04

12% if I put in 8%

softhedgehog · 03/07/2015 21:46
