Am I being thick?

Where exactly do I state that my 15/16 income is going to be £2500 less than my 14/15 was?

I can't see a field to complete to submit this info but yet it's quite significant I think?

Hi, the form will only ask for last years info then after you send it in and get the award you call them with any current year changes
