Myself and my partner both work for a company where since the new legislation of October 2014 get upto 3600 tax free for our annual bonus, I have just had my tax credits renewal for through which states my partners income not including his bonus is this something I still have to declare to them even though it is non taxable and it is on his p60 as tax detectable? I don't earn enough to be taxed on it anyway but know where does it state on my p60 that it's tax deductible! I'm so confused any help and advice would be appreciated!
