Re registering a birth

Hi. Me and my husband got married, my first daughter took my maiden name and now wanting to change her name to my husband and her fathers name. I know how to re reg her birth. My question is do child tax Creds and child Ben get the new birth certificate or is it up to me to send it? Thankyou.

They won't need to see it. I changed two of my three DC's names and never had to show them. Just call and tell them but they won't care!
