Child maintenance

Looking for some help please.

My ex partner and I have agreed to £200 per month as calculated on the gov.uk website to pay for our dd7. We have been separated a year and he was paying it (although i alwys had to chase him) up until march paymént. I only received £100 in march and I only received £100 in April and I only received that 5 days late as I sold some stuff on ebay for him. Otherwise he had no intention of giving me anything. The reason he is short of money is due to him being whacked with a £500 phone bill on his work mobile or ringing his Russian girlfriend, therefore my daughter is not receiving full maintenance and I am struggling. He is employed by the council so has a good job and I want to do attachment of earnings So I know I am guaranteed the correct amount each month, I am sick of constantly chasing him for it and worry the week leading up to his payment if it is going to go în my bank. I am struggling to find out how I request an attachment of earnings, does anyone have any advice on how to process this?

TIA

I think you would need to go through the CMS to get it deducted directly form his wages.
