I am in the process of applying for residency of my toddler child, I travel 5 hrs each week to see him at a cost of £30-£50 per week and have done for the last year I have borrowed almost £1000 to cover this and am unable to pay it back also i have a huge legal bill as my case is classed as a private matter and not entitled to legal aid,I am told I should be able to get help as I am on ESA benefit does anyone know who I apply to?
