CSA advice

Hi - any advice would be great, it's a long story but here is the short version:
2 x DS with no payments from father since April 2010. CSA obtained a liability order for around £1000 but outstanding currently stands at around £5.5k. Self employed so avoidance from him.

Anyway I have had the CSA letter to cancel my claim from October this year - what happens to the arrears?! Do I now contact the new CMS to chase this?!

Has anyone had similar experience? I haven't called them yet to discuss.

Thankyou

OMG, don't even get me started!!! My 2 children and now grown but for 13 years I battled with the CSA and got Jack!!!! He was also self employed and played the game. I even got my MP involved, who just so happens to be Mr DAVID CAMERON and guess what, Jack shit happened. I gave up in the end. I basically bought my 2 children up on my own with absolutely no financial support whatsoever. Good luck with the CSA hun x
