Just after some advice,
DP works full time, we have just read the DWP website and apparently if he hasnt been working there for 26 weeks prior to 15 weeks before my due date he wont get SPP?
Ok so we know we have to save to be able to live for them two weeks he needs to have off (im having section) He works as a temp for a big company who refuses to take him on permanent, hes worked there since 3rd July, but previous to this he also worked in the same place for 2 yrs with a 6 month break in between (he moved up north to live with me, then we moved back (very confusing sorry)
My question is will e be entitled to 2 weeks off week unpaid for when we have the baby??
