Selling Santander Shares

Hi I've got some Santander shares and want to sell them, they were free when Abbey National floated some years ago.

How can I get the best deal?

I was wondering if I'd get a better deal selling them on the market rather than cashing them in??

you'll get the offer price on the day - they are a publicly traded share
