SAHM & pension?

So I've been a sahm for about 6 years now but previously had been working since I was 18 & have about 4 company pensions sitting around each with a couple of thousand in only.

I have no debt but no savings either. I can afford to put away about £20 per month & that is it!

Is it even worth having a pension at all or should I take the view that £20 pm is better than nothing & just take out a bog standard personal pension?

It's worth having some kind of savings plan for retirement rather than nothing at all. You could build up some ISA funds tax free. Are you planning to return to work?
