I am so cross I have had debits on my account of £10 per month that I only noticed last month as a visa transaction to completesave.co.uk
On checking my account closely I discovered that they have been sneakily taking £10 per month for 17 months. I NEVER consented to this 'service' and after calling them they say I did after buying some tickets from ticketmaster last November.
I have had no emails or offers from them in that time whatsoever.
They have agreed to refund me £60 of what I have paid but refuse to give the other £110 back until they have run an 'investigation' and I have given them lots more of my information.
I am fuming. Has anyone else heard of this? Done an advance search and there appears to be no threads on this.
