I posted my MA claim form with all the wage slips etc on 25 Sept by recorded delivery to the local JobCentre Plus as per instructions (couldn't get there in working hours). I haven't had any kind of response yet - that's nearly 4 weeks. Tried ringing but the one line listed is permanently busy or, like today, just a dead tone!!
If you could let me know how long your claim took I'd really appreciate it. Can't believe I'm actually going to have to take time off to go in person for an answer!!
