To let them know about a change of circumstance....been on hold for 40 mins...anyone have ant idea how else go get through

not five days before the tax return deadline, I'm afraid. Can it wait until after that?

As special says, it's the time of year I'm afraid. Either wait a couple of weeks for things to calm down. Or write to them the old fashioned way!!
