Does anyone know where i stand ?

My soon to be ex partner and i took out extra money on our joint mortgage to buy a vehicle, he is the registered keeper.
Do you know if i have any rights to any part of it, as it is both of our names are on mortgage please

Registration document is not proof of ownership. A receipt and evidence of where money came from should help you...
