Hiya,
We currently have a joint account with Barclays, but they have really messed us around with the past month, so we want to move banks.

Who's the "better" ones (I don't think there's a best one tbh!).
Also need an account for me, and then a business acount, as well as savings for the dc and for me and dh!

I'm a big First Direct fan - they took me on about 16 years ago when no-one else would and they're always incredibly helpful.

Do you need a good credit rating to change banks though?
