Can't get through to tax credits!

I've been trying since yesterday morning and have had no luck!
Anyone else having the same issue?

I finally got through about this time yesterday after trying from when they opened.
I do think its better to cut you off than to have to wait for hours, but wish they did this straight away before having to go through everything.
It is so frustrating, i know.

I just can't seem to get through :(

I got through after being on hold for 20 minutes and they cut me off!!!!!!! Actually want to cry
