Erudio expected to pay arrears

Submitted on time heard nothing but knew they were incompetent from here so didn't chase at first but got concerned chased them had a bit of difficulty with them but got deferred but as the deferment was late by then they're charging £60+ grrr

They can backdate the deferment by up to 3 months if they choose so insist on that. They can backdate even further if the Financial Ombudsman orders them to under a complaint.

You need to complain to Erudio that any arrears are their fault for delaying your deferment due to their delays and mistakes.

Make it clear in your complaint that you will be taking them to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) if they don't wipe out any arrears.
