I'm thinking of doing a re-mortgage but i'm not sure if I'm on a good deal or not.

What is a good rate of interest at the moment?

What's the loan to value ratio?

slushie · 27/12/2014 19:13

I need to get the house valued so depending on that its between 87.5% and 93%

You won't get a good rate on 93%, it's a bit risky, you could easily end up in negative equity if prices drop.

Doubt you'll get a mortgage with LTV over 90% and the rate will be high - over 5% I'd imagine, with a small choice of companies. Broker may be able to help.
