How can I get a refund?

I ordered some bits from an online store. I ended up getting messed about BIG time and waiting a VERY long time for delivery, which had originally been stated as 3 days! I had a lot of stress with this and in the end had no choice but tell them to just forget it.
I had already paid for the order though so I asked for a refund. The refund was promised in writing. Lo and behold, no refund and they are now ignoring all my emails. I paid by debit card not credit card, so can I ask the bank to handle this on my behalf or does that not apply to debit card purchases?

Don't think it applies to Debit cards , sorry. Can you name and shame (not 2LF is it ?) - write to the md , usually gets results !

Damn. Well from now on I'll buy everything on my credit card, at least I'll be covered! It's not 2LF no. (who are they? another company to avoid?) I don't think they even have a md, it's just a small time business that branched out to internet shopping I think. There's SO much bad service everywhere now it's hard to know who to trust anymore.
