would be interested in others' experiences on this. i have gone through one of those price comparison services and apparantly i can cut my bills by 25% if i change to a different supplier. this would be amazing but i am filled with dread that i am about to launch myself into an administrative nightmare. i've heard some horror stories but surely it must go smoothly sometimes?
