Anyone know if there is an issue with Santander cards today? Money in account but cash withdrawal declined and I wasn't the only one with the same issue in the queue. Have now checked my account online and it shows the withdrawal attempt and then a reversal. Machine definitely had funds as the shop manager had filled it immediately before I tried to use it!
