Has anyone used payplan?

Ive got someone from payplan calling me today to try and help me with my finances as they are desperate.
Just wondered if anyone has used them or had any experiences with them??

All these plans and debt management companies will do is charge you horrendous fees for something you can do yourself.
Call CCCs (www.cccs.co.uk/com) and talk to them, no matter what payplan say, your creditors will still call and chase you even after you have paid them the £600 up front in fees and the first £600 installment.
Please do not waste your money paying them when you could be clearing your debts.
