We will not accept it - they ahve offered us 10%

What happened ?

i've had loads of probs with barclays they lost my debit card and i still dont have it 1 month later i'm now seeking compensation and made an official complaint to head of dcs!! they have an excuse for everything but don't give up!!!!!!

DH reckons they are working on 10% but now we have to write tot he bank and find out how much money in charges we have actually paid

did u send a reminder betty? I emailed lLoyds last sun and not heard anything so did u have to keep chaising them?

Munz, no not at all. We had a letter and a phone call saying they would be in touch in 6 weeks and then we received this offer! Pretty good service

i'm doingf the same with the halifax. for much less money though and still they offered me 10% as well.
i've refused and went to the small claim, did it online.
