Maternity leave query

Hi
I was made redundant from my main job at the beginning of my mat leave the trouble is I want to go back to my evening job (6 hrs a week) but can't afford to if it means the mat leave from my main job stops (it doesn't end until May).

The HR manager at that job has also been made redundant and no one can tell me if I can still get mat leave....i was told to look into it myself! I've had brief look am still not sure.
If anyone has any advice it would be very much appreciated!!

The only info I found was:

After the birth, you can only work for a non-liable employer (an employer who doesn't have to pay you SMP) if you were employed by them in the 15th week before the baby was due. Otherwise, starting work with a non-liable employer after the birth will bring your SMP to an end.
