I can't open the spreadsheets to work out the figures as my computer is in for repair .Does anyone know roughly how the calculations work and if the offer is fair.
personally I think it's good but don't want to call up and accept and find I was owed a lot more iykwim .

I received two letters this morning.

One for my old cc ,
Maximum amount on it was prob about 2000.

Today I got an offer of £1600 !!
I knew I had PPI and when I asked a few years ago they denied it.

Also I had a small loan years ago,
I think about 15 years ago or more but I found the account number and knew I'd also paid PPI on this
because it irritated me that I honestly didn't need it, I get full sick pay anyway .

they have made me an offer of over £2000 ,,,,
TIA

Are you going through a PPI claims company or dealing direct?

Can you ask them for a breakdown of how they arrived at the figures? Don't you get interest paid too because if you hadn't paid ppi you could have invested the money instead?.
