I never got my renewal forms however I sent in all of my details. I've contacted them numerous times and have been assured of renewal details in post but this never arrives. Is anyone else having this nightmare? I'm really struggling as debts are beginning to rise and I'm now receiving very high bills from them asking to pay back large sums of money. I've checked online and it suggests talking to your MP.... am I alone in this? When I asked Tax Office they did say that a lot of others are claiming not to have received their forms.

Are you still entitled to help from them? Because if you owe them money and are no longer entitled to help they tend to demand the money back in one go but you can ring them and work out a repayment plan. This happened to us a few years ago, we went over the threshold for help and then they wanted full repayment of overpayments, we negotiated to pay them back over 3 years.

Yes, my entitlement hasn't altered. I did finally get through today and the difference was a change of address which appears to upset the system. Overpayment alerts are based on my case being 'closed': hopefully all sorted.
