some of you may know that my dp debit card was scammed last month they took £500 out his account, the bank have now refunded this and issued dp with a new debit card. We have had the new debit card about 2 weeks now. Well dp's bank statement came this morning and to our we had been scammed again. On his statement only 3 transactions showed which amounted to £140.00. So he rang the bank and informed them that hes been scammed again, well they treated him like a criminal. All they would do is cancel the card and this was after putting him through to about 4 different people, then they told him they would not take it any further until dp reported it to the police. Which he never did last time.So off dp went to the police and got his crime number. Rang back bank and after 6 different people was told we would have a letter sent out for him to sign to get the money back. But what we didn't realise until today is that when the bank issued dp's new debit card all they did was change the last 2 end digits of the card number. So dp's first card ended 35 and the new one ended 37. would you complain about all this??? thanks for any help
