the £20 a day charge for being overdrawn that turned £3 into £750 were ruled out of order

Oh my dsis has just been stung by her bank. Her DH left her which sent her over her overdraft limit she was trying desperately to pay it back but the bank kept adding £150 overdraft charges each month. It was so stressful as it made things worse and worse. Eventually we bailed her out but it was so unfair. They made it impossible to get back in the black.

I hope this happens!

it has happened : get her to complain now now now

But it seems to say to wait for the later ruling?

TalkinPeace · 28/09/2014 14:10

the ruling stands ... they are going to the high court to try for law change
BUT
worth checking with your bank esp if its Lloyds
