I switched to First Utility 10 Months ago because they were the cheapest. Now I know why !!! They have still not sent me a correct bill. I am on Economy 7 and I give them my meter readings every month and they either switch the day and night readings or they decide I am not on Economy 7. I have lost count of the number of times I have phoned but nothing ever happens. I am so annoyed with them that I want to leave but I can't until the billing is sorted out !!
